Sensei Terry Mitchell Sensei Mitchell began training in Korean martial arts in 1982. He began training in Shorei Goju Ryu, an Okinawan based art in 1985 with Sensei Dan Marrs. He received the rank of Shodan (first degree blackbelt) from Sensei Karen Gardner in 1994.
Sensei Joey Fried Sensei Fried began his martial arts training in Kyokushinkai Karate in 1991, at the age of thirteen. He achieved this rank of Shodan (1st degree Black Belt) in 1995. He continued training for two more years, until he took a break from Karate. After a long break, he joined Sensei Mitchell, and trained in Trias Karate. Sensei Fried earned the rank of Shodan in Trias Karate in July of 2007, and the rank of Nidan (2nd degree Black Belt) in July of 2008. Sensei Jürgen Mohr Sensei Mohr grew up in Germany, where he wrestled for approximately six years in the styles of freestyle and Greco-Roman. He started his martial arts training with Eagle Spirit Karate, where the curriculum included Shin Nagare Karate, Judo, Jujitsu and Kung Fu. Sensei Mohr was awarded a Yonkyu (Purple Belt) in Shin Nagare Karate. Eagle Spirit Karate had a change of ownership, and consequently changed styles. Since the change of styles, Sensei Mohr has earned the rank of Hachikyu (Yellow Belt) in Bushidokai Jujitsu, and Shodan (Black Belt) in Trias Karate.
